  • Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds

If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or provider.


Shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return costs.
